THE following successful tender of Messrs. P. and J. Bartholomew, of Feilding, for the supply and delivery of native timber to the 31st August, 1888, is published for general information.

NOTICE is hereby given that a statutory declaration of the loss of certificate of title in favour of JOHN CONYNGHAM for Lot 8 of a subdivision of part of a block of land called or known by the name of Raumanga No. 2, and numbered 3798A of the Purua Survey District, and being the whole of the land comprised in Vol. xl., folio 56, of the Register-book, having been filed in this office, and application having been made for the issue of a provisional certificate for the same, it is my intention to issue such certificate, unless caveat be lodged forbidding the same on or before the 6th day of October next.
