of “The Public Reserves Act, 1881,” doth hereby revoke the said Order in Council of the twenty-sixth day of October, one thousand eight hundred and eighty, and doth declare that, from and after the day of the date hereof, the said reserve shall become vested in the Te Awamutu Town Board, in trust, for a site for a public library.
SCHEDULE.
All that parcel of land containing by admeasurement 1 rood, more or less, being Lot 100 of the Village of Te Awamutu, Parish of Puniu, Puniu Survey District, Provincial District of Auckland. Bounded on the North by Redoubt Street, 100 links; on the East by Lots 45, 46, and 47, 227 links; towards the South by Lot 101, 220 links; and towards the West by Palmer Street, 123 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less.

Additional Regulations for Trout- and Perch-fishing, Ashburton County.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House, at Wellington, this thirtieth day of August, 1887.

His Excellency the Governor in Council.
WHEREAS certain regulations for fishing for trout and perch in the Ashburton County, in the Provincial District of Canterbury, and in the waters thereof, were made by Order in Council dated the twelfth day of July, one thousand eight hundred and eighty-seven, and published in the New Zealand Gazette number forty-five, of the fourteenth day of the same month: And whereas it is desirable to make additional regulations for fishing for trout and perch in the said county and in the waters thereof:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, in pursuance of the powers and authorities vested in him by “The Salmon and Trout Act, 1867,” and “The Fisheries Conservation Act, 1884,” and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said colony, doth hereby make the following regulations for the Ashburton County, in the Provincial District of Canterbury, and in the waters thereof.
REGULATIONS.

The Secretary of the Ashburton Acclimatisation Society may indorse any license to fish issued by any other acclimatisation society, and upon such indorsement being made the person in whose favour it was issued shall be entitled to fish for trout and perch in any of the waters within the County of Ashburton without payment by such person of any further fee, but subject in all other respects to the regulations with regard to fishing for trout and perch in force within the said county.

Licenses to fish for trout and perch in any of the waters in the County of Ashburton for a period not exceeding one month from the date of issue may be issued under the hand of the Secretary of the Ashburton Acclimatisation Society to persons visiting the county, and for every such license a fee of five shillings will be charged.

Revoking License to Auckland Tramway Company (Limited) to use and occupy a Part of the Foreshore of Auckland Harbour.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House, at Wellington, this thirtieth day of August, 1887.

His Excellency the Governor in Council.
WHEREAS by Order in Council dated the fifteenth day of December, one thousand eight hundred and eighty-five, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 73, of the twenty-third day of the same month, His Excellency the Governor in Council did, in pursuance of the provisions of “The Harbours Act Amendment Act, 1883,” license and permit the Auckland Tramway Company (Limited) to use and occupy that part of the foreshore and of the land below low-water mark in Auckland Harbour which is particularly shown and delineated on the plans marked M.D. 1109, 1110, and 1112, which are deposited in the office of the Marine Department, at Wellington:
And whereas it is, among other things, provided in clause nine of the terms and conditions of the said Order in Council that, in case the said company shall fail to pay the sums specified in clause two of the conditions of the said Order in Council, the said Order in Council, and every right and privilege, may be revoked and determined by the Governor in Council without any notice to the said company or other proceeding whatsoever:
And whereas the said company has made default in payment of the annual sum of ten pounds specified in clause two of the conditions of the said Order in Council:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said colony, and in exercise of all the powers enabling him in that behalf, doth hereby revoke and determine the said recited Order in Council, and every right and privilege conferred thereby upon the said company, or intended so to be.

Fixing Pilotage for Wairau.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House, at Wellington, this thirtieth day of August, 1887.

His Excellency the Governor in Council.
WHEREAS by the two hundred and fifteenth section of “The Harbours Act, 1878” (hereinafter termed “the said Act”), it is, among other things, enacted that every Harbour Board shall have power from time to time, by by-laws, to do the following things for and within the limits of the harbour under the control of such Harbour Board, namely, to fix and alter pilotage rates, and to determine the nature of the services for which pilotage rates shall be payable for and within the limits of the harbour under the control of such Harbour Board:
And whereas by the twelfth section of the said Act it is enacted that in harbours where there is no Harbour Board the Governor in Council shall have all the powers, functions, duties, and authorities by that Act conferred upon Harbour Boards, and may exercise the same in accordance with the said Act:
And whereas there is no Harbour Board for the harbour of Wairau, and it appears expedient to make by-laws for the purposes hereinafter set forth:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said colony, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in him by the said Act, doth hereby make the following by-laws in respect of the harbour of Wairau, and doth hereby order that such by-laws shall come into force on the first day of September next:—
BY-LAW No. 1.
The pilotage rates set forth in the Schedule hereto are hereby fixed and authorised to be levied and taken at the harbour in the said Schedule mentioned.
BY-LAW No. 2.
The services in respect of which the said pilotage rates shall be payable shall include pilotage by means of semaphore or other signal, or by shifting beacons.
SCHEDULE.
Wairau Harbour.
PILOTAGE over the bar (charged both inwards and outwards): Sailing-vessels and steamers, 2d. per ton register.
