LIQUIDATOR'S NOTICE.

In the matter of “The Companies Act, 1882,” and the vari-
ous Acts amending the same; and in the matter of the
Liquidation of the Moa Creek Gold-mining and Quartz-
crushing Company (Limited).

TAKE notice that a General Meeting of the above-men-
tioned company is hereby called for the purpose of
having the accounts of the Liquidators in the above company
laid before the members of the said company, and hearing
any explanation that may be given by the Liquidators.
The time and place of such meeting will be at the offices
of Messrs. Nicholls and Company, situate in Ashley Street,
Rangiora, on the 18th day of October, 1887, at 3 o'clock in
the afternoon.

CLIFTON COUNTY.

NOTICE is hereby given that, under the provisions of
“The Public Works Act, 1882,” it is the intention of
the Clifton County Council to take land for a road, one
chain wide, through the following property, viz., through
Sections Nos. 57, 60, and 61, Urenui District.
Plan showing line of proposed road is open for inspection
at the office of the county, Waitara. All persons affected by
the proposed road are hereby called upon and required to
set forth in writing any well-grounded objection to the exe-
cution of such works or the taking such land, and to send
such writing within forty days from the first publication of
this notice to the said County Council Office, at Waitara.
