NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership lately subsisting between us, the undersigned HERRMANN KOHN, of London, in England, and JOHN MONSEN, of Christchurch, in New Zealand, carrying on business as Jewellers at Christchurch aforesaid, under the style or firm of "B. Petersen and Co.," has been dissolved by mutual consent as from the 30th day of November, 1886. All debts due to or owing by the said late firm will be received and paid by the said Herrmann Kohn.

As witness our hands this 10th day of December, 1886.

Notice is hereby given that all persons being creditors of, or otherwise having any claims upon or against, the late firm of B. Petersen and Co., are required, on or before the 30th day of December, 1886, to send to Heinrich Kohn, care of B. Petersen and Co., Christchurch, the particulars of their claims upon or against the said firm.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership lately subsisting between us, the undersigned HERBERT WESTMACOTT and EBENEZER WATSON DAVIDSON, carrying on business as Seed Merchants and Importers, at Christchurch, under the style or firm of "E. W. Davidson and Co.," has been dissolved by mutual consent as from the 31st day of December, 1886. All debts owing to and all claims against the late firm of E. W. Davidson and Co. must be respectively paid and sent to Harper and Co., Solicitors, Christchurch, on or before the 31st day of January, 1887.

SUBSCRIPTIONS.—The subscription is at the rate of 30s. per annum, PAYABLE IN ADVANCE. A less period than three months cannot be subscribed for.
Single copies of the Gazette, 6d. each.
Advertisements are charged at the uniform rate of 6d. per line for each insertion.

All advertisements should be written on one side of the paper, and signatures, &c., should be written in a legible hand.
The number of insertions required must be written across the face of the advertisement.
Booksellers and Advertising Agents will be allowed a commission at the rate of 5 per cent.
The New Zealand Gazette is published on Thursday evening in each week, and notices for insertion must be received by the Government Printer before two o'clock of the day preceding publication.
Communications should be addressed to the Government Printer, Wellington, to whom post office money orders should be made payable.
Postage or duty stamps cannot in any case be received in payment from any place at which post office orders are issued.
