4620 links or thereabouts from its south-eastern angle, being the middle of the road above referred to; and thence continuing south-easterly for a distance of 14389 links or thereabouts to the north-western boundary of the Township of Morrinsville: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same is delineated on the Plan No. 3611B, deposited in the Survey Office, Auckland.
Date of warrant, 3rd March, 1880.
All that piece or parcel of land in the Provincial District of Auckland, containing by admeasurement 12 acres and 22 perches, more or less, situate in the Maungakawa Survey District, and being a road-line, 100 links wide, traversing the Te Mimi Block; commencing on the south-eastern boundary of the Te Mimi Block aforesaid at a distance of 4620 links or thereabouts from its south-eastern angle-peg, being the middle of the road above referred to; and thence continuing in a northerly direction for a distance of 12143 links or thereabouts to the Mangahaumia Stream: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same is delineated on the Plan No. 3611B, deposited in the Survey Office, Auckland.

Given under the hand of His Excellency Sir William Francis Drummond Jervois, Lieutenant-General in Her Majesty’s Army, Knight Grand Cross of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Companion of the Most Honourable Order of the Bath, Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over Her Majesty’s Colony of New Zealand and its Dependencies, and Vice-Admiral of the same; and issued under the Seal of the said Colony, at the Government House, at Wellington, this sixteenth day of July, in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and eighty-seven.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and in exercise of all powers and authorities enabling me in this behalf, I, William Francis Drummond Jervois, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim that the road described in the Schedule hereto has been duly taken and laid off through the land specified under warrant of the date given in the said Schedule.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that parcel of land containing by admeasurement 1 rood 25 perches, more or less, situate in the Township of Foxton, in the Provincial District of Wellington, being part of Section No. 478, Block I., Mount Robinson Survey District; commencing at a point marked A, at the north-west angle of Section No. 478 aforesaid. Bounded by a public road, 156·7 links, impinging on the south-west corner of the Himatangi Block, and again by a public road, 518·1 links, to a point marked B on the north-eastern boundary-line of said Section No. 478; thence towards the South by other portion of said Section No. 478, 654·6 links; and thence towards the West by the railway-line from Foxton to Wanganui, 104·4 links, to the starting-point: be all the aforesaid linkages a little more or less; as the same is delineated on plan S.O. 2597/6, deposited in the office of the Chief Surveyor, Wellington.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN exercise and pursuance of the powers and authorities vested in me by “The River Boards Act, 1884,” I, William Francis Drummond Jervois, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that, from and after the first day of August, one thousand eight hundred and eighty-seven, the County of Ohinemuri shall be and the same is hereby constituted a district under the said Act, and shall be known by the name of the Ohinemuri River District; and, in further exercise and pursuance of the powers and authorities vested in me by the said Act, I do hereby proclaim and declare the Council of the County of Ohinemuri to be the River Board of the said district, the limits thereof being entirely included within the limits of such county.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the one hundred and sixty-sixth section of “The Land Act, 1885,” I, William Francis Drummond Jervois, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby set apart the land described in the Schedule hereto for sale as a village settlement, upon such terms and conditions which are to be set forth in an Order in Council to be made under the one hundred and sixty-seventh section of the said Act.
