THE KAMO COLLIERY COMPANY (LIMITED).
EXTRAORDINARY RESOLUTIONS PASSED 13TH JULY, 1887.
At an extraordinary general meeting of the Kamo Colliery Company (Limited), duly convened and held at the company’s office, 4, Marine Chambers, Auckland, on the 13th day of July, 1887, the subjoined extraordinary resolutions were duly passed:—
“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily.”
“That R. R. Hunt be appointed Liquidator, and that his remuneration be fixed at £50 for his services in winding up the company.”
