District, Trig. W, Silverpeak Survey District, Trigs. R and HH, Waikouaiti Survey District, Trig. E, Hummockside Survey District, and Trigs H and F, Hummockside Survey District, to Little Hummock ; thence by a right line to the nearest affluent of the Waikouaiti River, by that affluent to the north branch of the Waikouaiti River ; thence by the said north branch to the north-western boundary-line of the Hawksbury Hundred ; thence by that line to the Waihemo or Shag River, and by that river to the eastern boundary-line of Section No. 21, Dunback Survey District, by the said Section No. 21 and Sections Nos. 19, 18, 17, and 16 of Dunback Survey District, by Sections Nos. 42 and 27, Block III., Dunback Survey District, to the creek forming the north-eastern boundary-line of the last-mentioned section ; thence by the said Block III., and Block V. of Waihemo Survey District, and by the summit of the Kakanui Mountains.
PORT CHALMERS.
This district is bounded towards the North-west and North by the Waihemo Electoral District, hereinbefore described ; towards the North-east by Blueskin Bay and the ocean ; towards the South-east by Otago Harbour to the south-western corner of Section No. 51, Block IX., North Harbour and Blueskin Survey District ; again towards the North-west and towards the South-west by the Borough of North-east Valley to the northernmost corner of Section No. 43, Block VII., North Harbour and Blueskin Survey District ; towards the West and towards the South by Block XII., North Harbour and Blueskin Survey District ; again towards the West, South-west, and North-west by Block III., North Harbour and Blueskin Survey District ; and again towards the South by the last-mentioned block : including the islands in the Otago Harbour and Blueskin Bay.
DUNEDIN WEST.
This district is bounded towards the North by the Electoral Districts of Waihemo and Port Chalmers, hereinbefore described ; towards the North-east and South-east generally by the said Electoral District of Port Chalmers to Trig. Station E, Block IX., North Harbour and Blueskin Survey District ; towards the South-west and again towards the South-east generally by the East Ward of the Borough of North-east Valley, by the Main North Road and Great King Street to Albany Street ; thence by Albany Street to George Street ; thence by George Street to Stuart Street ; thence by Stuart Street, York Place, and the North Taieri Road to the Town Belt of the City of Dunedin ; thence towards the North-west by the Boroughs of Roslyn and Maori Hill to the north-eastern corner of Section No. 1, Block VIII., Upper Kaikorai Survey District ; towards the South generally by the said Block VIII. and Section No 2, Block II., Upper Kaikorai Survey District, to the Balmacewen Road ; thence by that road and the Waikari Road to the North Taieri Road, by the last-mentioned road to Whare Flat Road, and by that road to the Dunedin and East Taieri Survey District ; again towards the North by the northern boundary-lines of the Borough of Roslyn ; again towards the North-west generally by the western boundary-lines of the Borough of Maori Hill to Swamy Hill ; again towards the South by Block V., Dunedin and East Taieri Survey District ; and towards the West by Silverpeak Survey District.
DUNEDIN EAST.
This district is bounded towards the North-west and North-east by the Electoral District of Dunedin West, hereinbefore described ; towards the South-east by the Port Chalmers Electoral District, hereinbefore described, and Otago Harbour ; towards the South by Frederick Street, and that street produced to the Otago Harbour.
DUNEDIN CENTRAL.
This district is bounded towards the North generally by the Electoral Districts of Dunedin West and Dunedin East, hereinbefore described ; towards the East by Otago Harbour ; towards the South generally by Jetty Street and that street produced to Otago Harbour, by Manse Street, High Street, Clark Street, Duncan Street, Arthur Street, Canon-gate Street, Serpentine Avenue, and the Mornington Road to the boundary of the Town Belt of the City of Dunedin ; and towards the North-west by the Boroughs of Mornington and Roslyn.
DUNEDIN SOUTH.
This district is bounded towards the North generally by the Dunedin Central Electoral District, hereinbefore described ; towards the North-east by Otago Harbour ; towards the South by the southern boundary-line of the Borough of South Dunedin and by the Borough of St. Kilda ; towards the South-west by South Ward and North Ward of the Borough of South Dunedin, and by Hillside Road to the City of Dunedin ; again towards the South-east by the Boroughs of Caversham and Mornington ; and again towards the South-west and North-west by the said Borough of Mornington.
ROSLYN.
This district is bounded towards the North by the Electoral District of Dunedin West, hereinbefore described ; towards the East by the said Dunedin West Electoral District and the Dunedin South Electoral District, hereinbefore described ; towards the South generally by the Borough of Caversham ; towards the North-west by the Lower Kaikorai Survey District to Section No. 114, Waikari Survey District ; thence by Section No. 130 and Sections Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7, Waikari Survey District, to the North Taieri Road.
PENINSULA.
This district is bounded toward the North-west by Otago Harbour ; towards the East and South by the ocean to the Forbury Road ; towards the West by the said Forbury Road and Section No. 13, Block VI., Town District, to Surrey Road, and thence by Cargill Road ; again towards the North-west by Cargill Road ; towards the North-east and again towards the North-west by the Dunedin South Electoral District, hereinbefore described.
CAVERSHAM.
This district is bounded towards the East generally by the Electoral Districts of Dunedin West, Roslyn, Dunedin South, and Peninsula, hereinbefore described ; towards the South by the ocean ; towards the West by Block VIII., Dunedin and East Taieri Survey District, to the Main South Road ; thence by that road to the road leading along the eastern watershed of the Taieri Plain ; and towards the North-west by the last-mentioned road, passing near Abbot’s Hill, to the North Taieri Road ; and thence by the said North Taieri Road.
TAIERI.
This district is bounded towards the North by Lee Stream ; towards the West by the Taieri River ; again towards the North by Mullochy Gully to the southern boundary-line of the Silverpeak Survey District, and by that survey district and the Dunedin West Electoral District, hereinbefore described, to Swamy Hill ; towards the East by the said Dunedin West Electoral District and the Caversham Electoral District, hereinbefore described ; towards the South-east by the ocean ; towards the South-west by the Taieri River, the Waipori Lake, and the Waipori River to Block X., Waipori Survey District ; thence again towards the West by Blocks X., VIII., and VI. of the said survey district, and by a line due north to Lee Stream.
MOUNT IDA.
This district is bounded towards the North-east by the Waitaki Electoral District, hereinbefore described ; towards the East generally by the Waihemo Electoral District and the Dunedin West Electoral District, hereinbefore described ; towards the South by the Taieri Electoral District, hereinbefore described, and by Lee Stream to its source ; thence by the summit of the watershed to Lammerlaw ; thence by the summit of the western watershed of the Upper Taieri River to the north-eastern boundary of Run No. 262 ; thence by that run and Manor Burn to a point due south of Trig. F, Crawford Hills, Tiger Hill Survey District ; thence by the summit of the Raggedy Ranges to the County of Maniototo ; thence by the County of Vincent to Mount St. Bathan’s.
BRUCE.
This district is bounded towards the North-east by the Taieri Electoral District, hereinbefore described ; towards the South-east by the ocean ; towards the West generally by the Clutha River (Matau Branch) to the Borough of Balclutha, by that borough and the main south road to Trig. Station D, Hillend Survey District ; thence by the road along the watershed through Blocks VI., III., and XI., Hillend Survey District, and that road continued to the road at the southern boundary of Section No. 27, Block IX., Waitahuna East Survey District ; thence by the latter road and Sections Nos. 25, 21, and 11, Block IX. aforesaid, to the north-eastern corner of the last mentioned section ; towards the North-east by Sections Nos. 34 and 29, Block IV., Waitahuna East Survey District, by the road forming the north-eastern boundary of Section No. 3, Block IX., Hillend Survey District, and by that road continued past Sections Nos. 4, 6, 9, and 12, and through Section No. 22, Block IX. aforesaid, Sections Nos. 17 and 16, Block XIII., Hillend Survey District, and past Sections Nos. 2, 3, 40, 13, 16, 20, and 19, Block VII., Hillend Survey District, through Section No. 1 of 17 of the last-mentioned block, and through Blocks XLV., XLIV., XLIII., XL., and XLII., Tokomairiro Survey District, to the Tokomairiro River ; thence by that river ; and again by Blocks XXV. and XXIII., Tokomairiro Survey District, and Block II., Table Hill Survey District, to the north branch of the Tokomairiro River ; thence by that branch to a point due east of Trig. Station F, Table Hill Survey District ; towards the South by a right line through the said trig. station to the road forming the western
