Section No. 30, and Sections Nos. 29 and 28, Upland Farm, of the said Block VI., to the boundary of the said City of Wellington, and again by the City of Wellington to a point in line with the western boundary-line of Section No. 685, in the City of Wellington; towards the North-west generally by a right line to that section; and thence by Section No. 33, by Bidwell Street and Wallace Street; again towards the North generally by the Mount Cook Barracks Reserve to Tasman Street, by the said Tasman Street, Drummond Street, the Adelaide Road, by Sections Nos. 746, 14, 13, and 12, by the boundary-line between the College Reserve and the Asylum and Hospital grounds, and by Section No. 6, Mount Victoria, to the boundary of the City of Wellington; towards the West by the City of Wellington aforesaid to Port Nicholson, and by the said Port Nicholson; towards the East generally by the waters of Port Nicholson; and again towards the South-east, South-west, and North-west by Cook Strait.

THORNDON.

This district is bounded towards the West and North-west generally by the Wellington South Electoral District, hereinbefore described; towards the East generally by the waters of Port Nicholson to the Queen’s Wharf; thence by Custom-house Street and Willis Street to Dixon Street; towards the South generally by the said Dixon Street, by Woolcombe Street, Abel Smith Street, and a right line from the western corner of Section No. 431 to the south-eastern corner of Upland Farm; thence by the southern boundary of the said Upland Farm to the north-western boundary of the City of Wellington; and thence by the Wellington South and Suburbs Electoral District aforesaid.

TE ARO.

This district is bounded towards the North-west generally by the Thorndon Electoral District, hereinbefore described, to the north side of Grey Street, and by the north side of the said Grey Street produced to the waters of Port Nicholson; towards the North-east by the waters of Port Nicholson to a point in line with the eastern boundary-line of Section No. 220, in the City of Wellington; towards the East generally by a right line to that section; thence by Section No. 221, by Courtenay Place, Tory Street, Vivian Street, and Taranaki Street to Hankey Street; and thence again towards the East and towards the South-west generally by the Wellington South and Suburbs Electoral District, hereinbefore described.

WELLINGTON EAST.

This district is bounded towards the North-west by the waters of Port Nicholson; towards the East and South generally by the Wellington South and Suburbs Electoral District, hereinbefore described; and towards the West by the Te Aro Electoral District, hereinbefore described.

NELSON.

This district is bounded towards the North-west and North by the sea from the lighthouse on Boulder Bank; towards the East by the south-west angle of Section No. 1, Suburban North District; thence by the south-western boundary of said Section No. 1; thence by the north-west, west, south, and east boundaries of Section No. 60, Suburban North District aforesaid, and by the east, south, and part of the south-east boundaries of Section No. 59, Suburban North District; thence by the south-west boundary of Section No. 11, Brook Street and Maitai Districts, to the bank of the River Maitai; thence by the western bank of the said river to a point on the prolongation of the west boundary of Section No. 11, Maitai District; thence along the western boundary of said Section No. 11 to the south-west corner thereof; thence by part of the south boundary of the said section to its intersection with the western boundary of Section No. 20, Maitai District; thence along the said western boundary of said Section No. 20, Maitai District, and the western boundary of Section No. 23, Maitai District, and the north-western boundaries of Sections Nos. 21 and 24, Maitai District; thence along the line dividing Section No. 24, Maitai District, from the Suburban Section No. 1, Brook Street Valley District; thence along the southern boundary of part Section No. 34, Maitai District, Section No. 27, Brook Street Valley District, and the other part of Section No. 34, Maitai District aforesaid; thence along the north-western boundary of part of Section No. 34 aforesaid, Section No. 16, Square No. 18, to a point on a public road forming the north-eastern boundary of Section No. 35, Maitai District aforesaid; thence along the north-western boundary of Section No. 21 and that line produced until intersected by the production of the south-western boundary of Section No. 1, Brook Street Valley and Maitai Districts aforesaid; thence along the said line to a public road, forming the remainder of the south-western boundary of said Section No. 1, Brook Street Valley District aforesaid; thence along the continuation of said public road to the south-western corner of Section No. 10, Maitai and Brook Street Valley Districts aforesaid; thence along the north-western boundaries of the said Section No. 10, and Sections Nos. 8 and 7, Maitai and Brook Street Valley Districts aforesaid, to the north-western corner of said Section No. 7, Maitai and Brook Street Valley Districts aforesaid; thence along the north-easterly boundaries of Sections Nos. 12, 7, 6, 11, and part of 12, Suburban South District, to the Britannia Heights; thence by the eastern boundaries of Sections Nos. 4 and 1, Suburban South District aforesaid, to the eastern corner of the said Section No. 1, Suburban South District aforesaid; thence along the north-eastern boundary of said Section No. 1, Suburban South District aforesaid, to high-water mark, Nelson Haven; thence by a line to the south-western angle of Fifeshire Island; and thence by the outer edge of the Boulder Bank to the starting-point.

WAIMEA-PICION.

This district is bounded towards the North-west generally by the sea to the Nelson Electoral District, hereinbefore described, by that electoral district, and again by the sea; towards the North-east and East generally by Cook Strait to the Wairau River; towards the South-east by the said Wairau River to its intersection by a right line drawn between Barefell Pass and Top House, Wairau Valley; towards the South-west by a right line thence to the said Top House; again towards the North-west generally by a right line to the summit of Ward’s Pass; and thence by the summit of the watershed between the Wairau River and Tasman Bay to the Red Hills, at the source of the Pelorus River, and by that river to the southern boundary-line of Square No. 18, Maungatapu Survey District; towards the South by the said boundary-line until it intersects a line bearing S. 45° W. from the production easterly for a distance of two miles of the north-eastern boundary-line of Section No. 18, Waimea Survey District; again towards the South-east by the last-mentioned line to the River Lee; and towards the West by the said River Lee, the Roding River, the Wairoa River, and the Waimea River to the ocean: including D’Urville, Arapawa, Rabbit, and other adjacent islands.

MOTUEKA.

This district is bounded towards the North-east by Tasman Bay; towards the East generally by the Waimea-Picton Electoral District, hereinbefore described, and the summit of the St. Arnaud Range to a point near the head-waters of the Motupiko River; towards the South-west by the County of Inangahua; and towards the North-west generally by the Counties of Buller and Collingwood respectively.

BULLER.

This district is bounded towards the North-west by the ocean; towards the North-east generally by Golden Bay and Tasman Bay; towards the South-east by the Motueka Electoral District, hereinbefore described, and the County of Inangahua to the Buller River; and towards the South by the said Buller River to the ocean.

WAIRAU.

This district is bounded towards the North-west by the Waimea-Picton Electoral District, hereinbefore described; towards the East by the ocean to the Clarence River; towards the South-east and South-west by the said Clarence River to its source, and by a right line thence due north to the summit of the Spenser Mountains; and again towards the North-west by the summit of the said Spenser Mountains, the summit of the St. Arnaud Range, and the Motueka Electoral District, hereinbefore described.

INANGAHUA.

This district is bounded towards the North-west and North-east by the Electoral Districts of Buller and Motueka, hereinbefore described; towards the South-east by the Wairau Electoral District, hereinbefore described, and the summit of the Spenser Mountains to the saddle between the Hurunui River and the Teremakau River; towards the South-west generally by a right line thence in the direction of the outflow of the Arnold River from Lake Brunner as far as the summit of the range between the Haupiri River and the Ahaura River, by the summit of the range between the said Haupiri and Ahaura Rivers to their confluence; thence by the Haupiri River aforesaid and by a creek to the Ahaura Lake; thence by the said Ahaura Lake and the summit of the watershed between Nelson Creek and Red Jack’s Creek to the Grey River; thence across that river and by the summit of the range between Moonlight Creek and Blackball Creek to the summit of the Paparoa Range, by the summit of the said Paparoa Range to the source of Razorback Creek, and by the said Razorback Creek to the ocean; and again towards the North-west by the ocean.
