HIS Excellency the Governor has, under powers conferred by section 15 of “The Native Land Court Act, 1886,” and all other powers and authorities enabling him in that behalf, been pleased to appoint the under-mentioned Resident Magistrates to be Recorders of the Native Land Court for the districts specified opposite the name of each respectively, from the 1st instant, viz.:

THE MANGONUI RECORDER’S DISTRICT: Comprising all that area in the Provincial District of Auckland bounded towards the South-west, North, and East generally by the sea; and towards the South-east by a right line from Ninepin Rock over Trig. J to Omapere Lake, by the southern shore of that lake to Block No. 2623, and thence by a right line to Maunganui Bluff.
