KEAST AND McCARTHY (LIMITED).

NOTICE is hereby given that, at an extraordinary general
meeting of Keast and McCarthy (Limited), duly
convened and held at the company's premises, Filleul Street,
Dunedin, on Monday, the 30th day of May, 1887, at 3 o'clock
in the afternoon, the following resolutions were duly passed
as extraordinary resolutions:—

1. “That it has been proved to the satisfaction of the
   company that the company cannot by reason of its liabilities
   continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the
   same.”
2. “That the company be wound up voluntarily under the
   provisions in that behalf of 'The Companies Act, 1882.'”
   And that, at the same meeting, Messrs. Cyprian Stanton,
   Julius Hyman, and William Gregg were appointed Liqui-
   dators of the company, and their remuneration fixed at the
   sum of £315.
   Dated at Dunedin, this 31st day of May, 1887.
