NOTICE

WHEREAS a declaration has been lodged with me, made by the SOLICITOR FOR THE REGISTERED PROPRIETOR of Allotment 7, Township of Granton, of the loss of the certificate of title for the said land, dated the 26th day of February, 1874, Register-book, Vol. ii., folio 255, and lately owned by REGINALD MACDONALD, of North Molyneux, Storekeeper: I hereby give notice that I intend to issue a provisional certificate of title for the said land to the registered Proprietor, unless caveat be lodged here forbidding the same within fourteen days from the date of this publication hereof.\n
