SPECIAL RESOLUTION OF THE FORTROSE DAIRY FACTORY COMPANY (LIMITED).

At an extraordinary general meeting of the Shareholders, held at Elliot’s Hotel, Fortrose, on the 6th May, 1887, the following motion was unanimously carried: “That the affairs of the company be voluntarily wound up; that Andrew McBeath, of Fortrose, be appointed Liquidator, and that he be paid the sum of ten pounds ten shillings as his remuneration.” At an extraordinary general meeting, held at the same place on the 27th May, 1887, the above motion was confirmed.
