N OTICE is hereby given that the Land Board this day
resolved to cancel the lease of the under-mentioned
perpetual-lease section, unless the arrears of rent due are

paid to the Receiver of Land Revenue, Wellington, on or
before the 23rd June next.

I N accordance with section 188 of "The Land Act, 1885,"
I hereby give notice that the runs enumerated in the
Schedule hereto will be declared forfeited if the amount of
rent due, together with the penalty for non-payment, is not
paid to the Receiver of Land Revenue, Hokitika, within
three months of the date of first insertion of this notice.
