Rule under "The Supreme Court Act, 1882."

WE, the Judges of the Supreme Court of New Zealand,
in exercise of the power in us in this behalf vested
by section 32 of "The Supreme Court Act, 1882," or other-
wise howsoever, do hereby order as follows:—
The Supreme Court and the offices of the said Court
throughout the colony shall be closed on Monday, Tuesday,
and Wednesday, the 20th, 21st, and 22nd days of June
instant, in honour of the completion of the fiftieth year of
the reign of Her Majesty the Queen.
Given under our hands, at Wellington, this fourth
day of June, one thousand eight hundred and
eighty-seven.

IN exercise of the powers vested in me by "The Election
Petitions Act, 1880," I hereby appoint
Sir James Prendergast and
Charles Dudley Robert Ward, Esquire,
being respectively Judges of the Supreme Court of New
Zealand, to be the Judges before whom shall take place the
trial of the election petition following, that is to say,--
The petition of Sidney David Taiwhanga against the
return of Wiremu Watene for the Northern Maori Electoral
District.
Given under my hand this sixth day of June, one
thousand eight hundred and eighty-seven.

instant, has been postponed by the Chief Judge to Friday,

Mahakipaua (behind Section 71) Linkwater 500
  • License to contain special condition reserving a right-of-way to
    the public through the run.

Term, ten years; upset annual rent, 1d. an acre. Two
months' rent and a license-fee of £1 1s. must be paid on the
fall of the hammer.

*LEASE UNDER SECTION 23 OF "THE PUBLIC RESERVES ACT,
1881."

Block A, Woodbank Run Bui Bui Acres. 300

Term, five years from the 4th July, 1887; upset annual
rent, £5 10s. The lease will contain the same conditions
as the lease now current. Six months' rent and £3 for the
lease must be paid on the fall of the hammer.
