HAWKE'S BAY.
All that piece or parcel of land being Section No. 79,
situate in Block III., Tahoraita Survey District, in the Pro-
vincial District of Hawke's Bay, containing by admeasure-
ment 1 acre 2 roods, more or less. Bounded towards the
North-west by a railway reserve, 503 links, to Mangatera
River; towards the North-east and South-east generally by
the Mangatera River; and towards the South-west by portion
of Section No. 34, 387·7 links, to starting-point: be all the
aforesaid linkages more or less. For a reserve for travelling-
stock.
All that piece or parcel of land being Section No. 621,
situate in the Borough of Napier, in the Provincial District
of Hawke's Bay, containing by admeasurement 1 rood, more
or less. Bounded towards the North-east by Section No.
622, 250 links; towards the South-east by Harbour Reserve,
100 links; towards the South-west by Section No. 620, 250
links; and towards the North-west by Colin Street, 100 links,
to starting-point. For a school site.
WELLINGTON.
All that piece or parcel of land in the Wellington Land
District, containing by admeasurement 21 acres 3 roods
5 perches, more or less, being Section No. 79, Block XVII.,
Mangahao Survey District. Bounded on the North-east
by Sections Nos. 82 and 78, 1834 links; on the South-east by
a public road, 1100 links; on the South-west by Sections
Nos. 84 and 80, 2077 links; and on the North-west by a
public road, 1117 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more
or less; as the same is delineated on the plan deposited in
the office of the Chief Surveyor, Wellington. For a re-
creation reserve.
All that piece or parcel of land containing 150 acres
2 roods, more or less, and known as Run No. 2, Block XI.,
Wairoa Survey District. Bounded towards the North by a
public road; towards the East by Run No. 3; towards the
South by a road-line; and towards the West by the Wairoa
River. For a recreation reserve.
All that piece or parcel of land containing 17 acres 1 rood,
more or less, and known as Run No. 3, Block XI., Wairoa
Survey District. Bounded towards the North by a public
road; towards the East by a Native reserve; towards the
South by a public road; and towards the West by Run No. 2.
For a recreation reserve.
All that piece or parcel of land containing 51 acres 3 roods,
more or less, and known as Run No. 4, Block XI., Wairoa
Survey District. Bounded towards the North by a public
road; towards the East by a public road; towards the South
by a public road; and towards the West by a Native reserve.

As the same are more particularly shown on the map
deposited in the office of the Chief Surveyor, Wellington.
MARLBOROUGH.
All that piece or parcel of land in the District of Kaikoura
Suburban, Provincial District of Marlborough, containing by
admeasurement 3 acres 1 rood 5 perches, more or less, being
Section No. 347. Bounded towards the North by Section No.
224 on the plan of the said district, in lines bearing respec-
tively 116° 56' 215 links, 68° 3' 592 links, and 56° 24'
480 links; towards the East by a public road called Fyffe's
Quay, in lines bearing respectively 46° 5' 327·7 links,
52° 30' 304·3 links, 66° 38' 223·3 links, 49° 52' 520·6 links,
and 4° 11' 208·1 links; towards the South by Southampton
and Fountain Streets, in lines bearing respectively 59° 58'
121 links, and 121° 3' 364 links; and towards the West by
Section No. 197, Town of Kaikoura, by the abuttal of Dover
Street, and by Crown land, in lines bearing respectively
31° 3' 360 links, and 40° 14' 289 links: be all the aforesaid
linkages more or less; as the same is delineated on the official
map in the Survey Office, Blenheim. For road and harbour
purposes.
CANTERBURY.
All that area in the Provincial District of Canterbury,
being Section No. 2756 (in red), situate in the Cook, Mueller,
and Cass Survey Districts. Bounded towards the North-
west by the County of Westland; towards the West by the
Hooker Glacier Recreation Reserve No. 2652 (in red); towards
the South-west by the Hooker River, and by a right line
drawn from its confluence with the Tasman River to the
stream in the large gully north of, and next to, the northern
boundary of Run No. 498; towards the South-east by the said
stream and a straight line drawn to summit of the Mount
Malte Brun range of mountains; and towards the East by
the said range: as the same is delineated on the plan
deposited in the District Survey Office, Christchurch. For
a recreation reserve.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor,
this thirtieth day of May, one thousand eight
hundred and eighty-seven.

Wellington and Porirua, under the said Act, vice Dr. Levinge,
