Be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same are
more particularly delineated on the plans deposited in the
District Survey Office at Auckland, and numbered 4220A,
4220C, 4220D, 4220E, and 4220G.
Warrant dated 29th August, 1882.
All that parcel of land in the Provincial District of Auck-
land, containing by admeasurement 21 acres 2 roods 35
perches, more or less, situate in the Survey District of
Mangatu, and being a road-line, 100 links wide and upwards,
traversing the Poututu C Block (No. 5278): Commencing at
a point on the south-eastern boundary of Section No. 1 of
Block XIII. of the aforesaid survey district 3134 links from
the easternmost angle of the said Section No. 1, being the
middle of the said road-line; thence continuing generally in
a south-easterly direction for a distance of 21500 links or
thereabouts to a point on the Waikohuiti Stream 100 links
or thereabouts from the junction of the said stream with the
Waikohu River: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less;
as the same is more particularly delineated on the plans
deposited in the District Survey Office at Auckland, and
numbered 4220F and 4220G.

land, containing by admeasurement 11 acres 3 roods 30
perches, and 2 roods 10 perches, more or less, respectively,
situate in the Survey District of Motu, and being portions of
a road-line, 100 links wide and upwards, traversing the Wai-
kohu-Matawai B Block (No. 5285B):-
Portion containing 11 acres 3 roods 30 perches, more or
less: Commencing at a point on the Rangariri Stream at a
distance of 880 links or thereabouts in a northerly direction
from the northernmost angle of Section No. 14 of Block XII.
of the Survey District of Motu aforesaid, being the western
boundary of the said road-line; thence continuing generally
in a south-westerly direction for a distance of 6200 links or
thereabouts to a point on the aforesaid stream at a distance
of 4920 links or thereabouts in a south-westerly direction from
the northernmost angle of Section No. 14 aforesaid.
Portion containing 2 roods 10 perches, more or less: Com-
mencing at peg on the said road-line No. 49A, being
the middle of the said road-line; thence continuing for a
distance of 294 links in a north-easterly direction to a peg
No. 49; thence continuing in a south-easterly direction for a
distance of 140 links or thereabouts to the Rangariri Stream
above mentioned.
Be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same are
more particularly delineated on the plan of the said road-line
deposited in the District Survey Office at Auckland, and
numbered 4220B.

in the Auckland Provincial District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and in exercise of all powers and authorities
enabling me in this behalf, I, William Francis Drum-
mond Jervois, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand,
do hereby proclaim that the roads described in the Schedule
hereto have been duly taken and laid off through the lands
specified under warrant of the date given in the said
Schedule.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that parcel of land in the Provincial District of Auck-
land, situated partly in Tauhara Survey District and partly
in Tatu a Survey District, being a road, 100 links wide,
traversing the Rangatira Block, No. 5271, and containing by
admeasurement 18 acres and 31 perches, more or less. Com-
mencing at the bridge across the Waikato River, being the
middle of the road referred to; thence running generally in
a south-westerly, northerly, and north-easterly direction
for a distance of 18196 links or thereabouts to the Waipuwe-
rawera stream: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as
the same is delineated on Plan No. 3630, deposited in the
Survey Office, Auckland.

upon me by the one hundred and sixty-second section
of “The Land Act, 1885,” I, William Francis Drummond
Jervois, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do
hereby proclaim and declare that the sections of land
described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same are
hereby set apart and declared open for application as a
village homestead special settlement for perpetual leasing,
upon the terms and conditions fixed by an Order in Council
issued on the first day of September, one thousand eight
hundred and eighty-six, and made under the one hundred
and sixty-third section of the said Act.
