Application for Rehearing of Claim dismissed.
NATIVE LAND COURT, NEW ZEALAND:
DISTRICT OF AUCKLAND.
IN the matter of a judgment of the Court given during a session opened at Helensville, Kaipara, in the said district, on the 21st day of September, 1886, upon the hearing of a claim to succeed to the interest of Arama Karaka Haututu in a block of land situate in the said district, and known as Ripiro; and in the matter of the application of Maraea Kerepe and another for a rehearing upon such claim:
I, John Edwin Macdonald, Chief Judge of the said Court, and in exercise of the authority in that behalf vested in me, do hereby dismiss such application.

I, John Edwin Macdonald, Chief Judge of the said Court, and in exercise of the authority in that behalf vested in me, do hereby dismiss such application.
