PASTORAL licenses of the under-mentioned runs, under Part VI. of “The Land Act, 1885,” will be offered by public auction at the Survey Office, Blenheim, on Tuesday, the 31st May, 1887, at noon. Three months’ rent and £1 1s. license-fee must be paid in each case on the fall of the hammer:—

NOTICE is hereby given, in terms of section 188 of “The Land Act, 1885,” to the occupants of the undermentioned runs, that the same are liable to forfeiture; and if the rent, together with the full amount of penalty, be not paid within three months from date the runs will be declared forfeited:—
Runs 190B, 190C, 190D, 190E, and 302B, Eyre District.

IN accordance with section 188 of “The Land Act, 1885,” I hereby give notice that the runs enumerated in the Schedule hereto will be declared forfeited if the amount of rent due, together with the penalty for non-payment, is not paid to the Receiver of Land Revenue, Hokitika, within three months of the date of first insertion of this notice.

DISTRICT OF WHANGANUI.
IN the matter of a judgment of the Court given during a session advertised to be commenced at New Plymouth, in the said district, on the 23rd day of November, 1886, and adjourned to Waitara, in the said district, for the 7th day of December, 1886, upon the hearing of a claim to succeed to the interest of Riwai te Ahu in two blocks of land situate in the said district, and known as Section 67, Block VII., and Section 30, Block XI., Waitara; and in the matter of the application of Te Rawharitua for a rehearing upon such claim :
I, John Edwin Macdonald, Chief Judge of the said Court, and in exercise of the authority in that behalf vested in me, do hereby dismiss such application.
