I, the undersigned, hereby make application to register the London Gold-mining Company as a Limited Company, under the provisions of "The Mining Companies Act, 1886."

  1. The name of the company is to be the London Gold-mining Company (Limited).

N OTICE is hereby given that the Partnership formerly subsisting between the undersigned BENJAMIN HALE and BENJAMIN THROP, Jun., as Rope and Twine Manufacturers, has been dissolved by mutual agreement as and from the 1st day of March, 1887.
The business will in future be carried on by the said Benjamin Hale upon his sole account. The said Benjamin Hale will take all the property and discharge all the liabilities of the late firm.
