NOTICE is hereby given that the sitting of this Court at Waikanae, previously adjourned to the 4th day of May next, has been further adjourned to Otaki, and will be held there on the 4th day of May, 1887.

Goldfields Notice.

Gold-mining Lease Certificate declared forfeited.

IN conformity with the regulations for the granting and issue of gold-mining leases, it is hereby notified that the under-mentioned certificate of application has been declared forfeited for non-execution of lease, and that the ground is now open to persons holding miners' rights or business licenses, or to applicants for a lease, as if no lease of the said ground had ever been applied for:—

879c. John Mitchell and David Henderson; Section 20, Block II., Skipper's Creek District, containing 10 acres, in the Wakatipu Mining District.

Runs liable to Forfeiture.

NOTICE is hereby given, in terms of section 188 of "The Land Act, 1885," to the occupants of the under-mentioned runs, that the same are liable to forfeiture; and if the rent, together with the full amount of penalty, be not paid within three months from date the runs will be declared forfeited:—

Sections 8 and 9, Block IV., Tiger Hill District; 348 acres. Lease to expire the 1st March, 1889. Upset rental, £8 14s. per annum.

Terms and Conditions of Sale.

The licenses of the above runs will be sold subject to the general provisions as to runs in "The Land Act, 1885." On Runs Nos. 219A, 245, 245A, and 247A—possession of which will not be given till the 1st March, 1888—the first year's rent, with the license fee (£1 1s.), to be paid on fall of the hammer. On Runs Nos. 338A, 338B, 430A, and Sections 8 and 9, Block IV., Tiger Hill District—possession of which will be given on day of sale—the rent from day of sale to the 1st September, 1888, with license fee (£1 1s.).

Payments must be made either by marked cheque or in cash.

Valuations for improvements (if any) payable one month before getting possession.
