Pastoral Licenses open for Application, Land District of Otago.

THE following pastoral licenses are open for application at the Crown Lands Office, Dunedin, on Thursday, the 28th April, 1887:—

NOTE.—Applications must give applicant’s full name, address, and occupation, and also enclose draft, post office order, or cheque (marked for seven days) made payable to the Receiver of Land Revenue, Dunedin, for rental, from date of application to the 1st March, 1888, and license fee (£1 1s.). Several runs are now open for application. Particulars can be obtained from the Crown Lands Office, Dunedin.

Application to transfer Deferred-payment License No. 561, Land District of Otago.

NOTICE is hereby given that JOHN O’NEILL, of Ngapara, in the Provincial District of Otago, has applied, under section 117 of “The Land Act, 1885,” to transfer his interest in Deferred-payment Section 7, Block VIII., Kurow District, occupied by him, to JOHN DODD, of Kurow, Settler; and that the said application will be considered by the Land Board, at a meeting to be held on Wednesday, the 4th May, 1887.

Land under Deferred Payment open for Application, Nokomai District, Land District of Otago.

THE following land is open for application at the Crown Lands Office, Dunedin, or at any Land Office in the Otago Land District, on Wednesday, the 13th April, 1887:— Sections 1, 2, and 3, Block IV.; 174, 190, and 187 acres respectively. Upset price, £1 5s. per acre.

NOTE.—Good agricultural land situated about four miles from Athol Railway Station. Sections 4, 5, and 6, same block, set apart for perpetual leasing at 1s. per acre, will be opened for tender on Wednesday, the 4th May next.

Small Grazing Runs, Wainuioru Survey District, Wellington Land District.

NOTICE is hereby given, in terms of “The Land Act, 1885,” Part VII., that the leases of the runs enumerated hereunder will be open for application, at this office, on and after Thursday, the 12th May, 1887, at the upset rentals per acre stated opposite each run.

IT is hereby notified that the under-mentioned sections are opened for lease for a term of thirty years, with the right of renewal for further terms of twenty-one years; and that applications will be received on Saturday, the 30th April, for the said leases, at the Land Offices, Christchurch and Timaru; and also by Mr. March, at the Railway Station, Winslow, on the 27th April; at the Railway Station, Hinds, on the 28th April; and at the Courthouse, Ashburton, on the 29th April. The applications received by Mr. March will bear the same date as those received at the Land Office, Christchurch:—
