Easterly by lines parallel to and 100 links from the western
boundary ; and Southerly by Section 33 in the said district,
101Β·6 links, to the commencing-point : be all the aforesaid
linkages a little more or less.
Also all that strip of land, 100 links in width, in the
Survey District of Mount Fyffe, Provincial District of Marl-
borough, containing by admeasurement 2 acres 2 roods
4 perches, more or less, being part of the Kincaid Run ;
commencing at the south-western corner of Section 48, in
the said district, and running parallel with the western
boundary, and terminating at the north-western corner of
the said section.
As the same are more particularly delineated on Road
Plan No. 11, deposited in the office of the Chief Surveyor,
Blenheim.
