NOTICE is hereby given that the lease of the under-mentioned reserve will be offered by public auction, in accordance with section 23 of "The Public Reserves Act, 1881," at the Land Office, Christchurch, on Wednesday, the 23rd March, 1887, at 12 o'clock noon :-

BETWEEN ABNER'S HEAD AND WADDINGTON.

Term of lease, seven years. On the fall of the hammer, six months and eight days' rent to be paid, to the 1st October, 1887.

IT is hereby notified that the under-mentioned section is open for lease for a term of thirty years, with the right of renewal for a further term of twenty-one years, and that applications will be received on Saturday, the 19th March, 1887, for the said lease, at the Land Office, Christchurch :-

WAKANUI SURVEY DISTRICT.

Under section 161, "Land Act, 1885," only one allotment can be held by one person. Every application shall be accompanied by a statutory declaration, the amount of the first six months' rent, and a fee of £1 10s. Should there be more than one application on the same day for this section, the right to occupy shall be determined by lot.

Perpetual Lease of Crown Lands, under Section 143, "Land Act, 1885."—Provincial District of Canterbury.

WRITTEN tenders, under sealed covers, will be received for the perpetual lease of the under-mentioned sections, under Part IV. of "The Land Act, 1885," up to 12 o'clock on Saturday, the 19th March, 1887, addressed to the Commissioner of Crown Lands, Christchurch.

Every tender must be accompanied by a declaration, six months' rent, and a fee of £1 10s. Should there be two or more tenders of the same amount for the same section, the right to occupy will be decided by lot :-

RESERVE 350, NEAR WINSLOW.

WRITTEN tenders, under sealed covers, will be received for the perpetual lease of the under-mentioned section under Part IV. of "The Land Act, 1885," up to 10 a.m. on Thursday, the 24th March, 1887, addressed to the Commissioner of Crown Lands, Christchurch.

Every tender must be accompanied by a declaration, six months' rent, and a fee of £1 10s. Should there be two or more tenders of the same amount for the same section, the right to occupy will be decided by lot. The tenders will be opened at the meeting of the Land Board on the above date :-
