Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint the several persons whose names are specified in the first column of the Schedule hereto to be the Trustees to provide for the maintenance and care of the public cemetery specified in the second column of the said Schedule.

to be Trustees, in the place of Charles Stanislaus Stafford, Edward F. Roach, and Henry Ernest Whitaker, to provide for the maintenance and care of the Te Aroha Cemetery, described in warrant under the hand of His Excellency the Governor on the nineteenth day of September, one thousand eight hundred and eighty-three.
