Perpetual Lease under Part IV., “Land Act, 1885.”

Blenheim, 21st December, 1886.

TENDERS are invited for the lease of the under-mentioned section. Each tender must be accompanied by a statutory declaration under the Act, together with an amount equal to six months’ rent at the rate tendered, and a fee of £1 10s. to cover cost of registering the lease. Tenders must be lodged not later than the 31st January, 1887, at this office, where forms and full particulars can be obtained:—

WAKAMARINA SURVEY DISTRICT.

Block XVI., Section 2, 51 acres and 30 perches. Upset annual rent, £2 12s.

The cost of survey, £6 10s., must also be lodged with the tender, to be paid over to applicant for survey in the event of his not being the successful tenderer.

Notice of Land to be offered at Auction, on the Small-run System, in the Wainuioru Survey District.

NOTICE is hereby given that the land enumerated hereunder will be put up to auction, on the small-run system, at this office, on Wednesday, the 19th January, 1887, at 3 p.m., at the upset rental stated opposite the section.

AUCKLAND DISTRICT.

IN the matter of a judgment of the Court given during a session opened at Ohinemutu, Rotorua, in the said district, on the 1st day of May, 1886, upon the hearing of a claim for the subdivision of a block of land situate in the said district, and known as “Waiohau;” and in the matter of the application of Ngahoro Wahawaha and others for a rehearing upon such claim :

I, John Edwin Macdonald, Chief Judge of the said Court, and in exercise of the authority in that behalf vested in me, do hereby dismiss such application.

IN the matter of a judgment of the Court given during a session opened at Waiomatatini, in the said district, on the 15th day of January, 1885, and adjourned from time to time, upon the hearing of a claim for the investigation of title to land situate in the said district, and known as “Omaewa;” and in the matter of the application of Epiha Whaikaaho and others for a rehearing upon such claim :

I, John Edwin Macdonald, Chief Judge of the said Court, and in exercise of the authority in that behalf vested in me, do hereby dismiss such application.
