Patea Steam Shipping Company (Limited), in liquidation.
A GENERAL Meeting of Shareholders will be held on
the 15th January, 1887, at the office of the company,
Patea, at 2 p.m.,—
To receive the Liquidators' account in full;
To decide as to disposal of books and papers;
To receive payment of dividend;
And any other necessary business.

Shareholders at a distance are requested to appoint an
agent, with authority to act for them in every respect and
receive dividends; also to present certificates of shares,
without which no dividend can be paid.

PATEA OIL AND FIBRE MANUFACTURING COM-
PANY (LIMITED).

NOTICE is hereby given that the Shareholders of the
above-named company did, on Tuesday, 14th December,
1886, at an extraordinary general meeting, confirm the fol-
lowing special resolution, which was passed at an extra-
ordinary general meeting of the said company, held on the
25th November, 1886, viz.:—

"That the Patea Oil and Fibre Manufacturing Company
(Limited) be wound up voluntarily, and that Messrs. E. C.
Horner and E. M. Honeyfield be appointed Liquidators,
at a remuneration of 5 per cent.; and that the Liquidators
be requested to dispose of the property of the company at
once."
