Goldfields Notices.
Gold-mining Lease cancelled.
Mines Department,
Wellington, 2nd December, 1886.
IT is hereby notified that His Excellency the Governor has been pleased to pronounce the under-mentioned gold-mining lease cancelled, and that the ground is now open for application as if no lease of the said ground had ever been applied for:—
Robert McAllister (deceased) and Michael O’Keefe; Section 46, Block VIII., 2 acres 2 roods 14 perches, Mawheranui, Nelson South-west District. No. 1383.

Gold-mining Leases cancelled.

IT is hereby notified that His Excellency the Governor has been pleased to pronounce the under-mentioned gold-mining leases cancelled, and that the ground is now open for application as if no leases of the said ground had ever been applied for:—
No. 716c, Section 32, Block I., St. Bathan’s, 3 acres; No. 760c, Section 54, Block I., St. Bathan’s, 10 acres; No. 745c, Section 46, Block I., St. Bathan’s, 10 acres; all in the Otago Mining District.

Gold-mining Lease to be granted.
IN conformity with the thirty-seventh section of “The Mines Act, 1877,” and with the regulations made under that Act for the granting of leases for gold-mining purposes, it is hereby notified that it is intended to grant a lease of Crown lands for gold-mining purposes to the applicant specified in the annexed Schedule, unless there shall be valid objections against such lease.
Objections to the granting of such lease, stating the grounds of objection, must be made in writing, and lodged with the Warden at Reefton on or before the 15th day of December, 1886.
Copy of the application made and plan annexed may be seen at the Warden’s Office at Reefton.
SCHEDULE.
APPLICANT: John McQuillan. Style under which it is intended to conduct the business: Enterprise Gold-mining Company. 16 acres 2 roods, at Big River, in the Nelson South-west Mining District.
Given under my hand, at Nelson, this second day of December, one thousand eight hundred and eighty-six.

Objections to the granting of such lease, stating the grounds of objection, must be made in writing, and lodged with the Commissioner of Crown Lands, Dunedin, on or before the 11th day of January, 1887.
Copy of the application made and plan annexed may be seen at the Crown Lands Office, at Dunedin.

APPLICANTS: William Todd, John L. Currie, and Albert Cassels. Style under which it is intended to conduct the business: Orepuki Extended. 80 acres, being Section No. 82, Block II., Longwood, in the Orepuki Mining District.
