Altering Boundaries of Mairetahi Road District, and
constituting the Woodhill and Waioneke Road Districts.

THE following special order, made by the Waitemata
County Council, is published in accordance with "The
Counties Act 1876 Amendment Act, 1882," and the Acts
amending the same.

SPECIAL ORDER made by the Waitemata County Council,
on the 24th day of November, 1886, altering the Bound-
aries of the Mairetahi Road District, and constituting
the Woodhill Road District and the Waioneke Road
District.
THAT the boundaries of the Mairetahi Road District, Arari-
mu Riding, be altered by excluding from that road district
the southern portion thereof known as the Woodhill District,
and the northern portion thereof known as the Waioneke
District, and constituting each of the portions so excluded
a new district under "The Road Boards Act, 1882," without
subdivisions; and that the Board of each of the said new
districts shall consist of five members.
That the boundaries of the said Woodhill Road District
shall be those described in Schedule No. 1 following, that
the boundaries of the said Waioneke Road District shall be
those described in Schedule No. 2 following, and that the
boundaries of the said Mairetahi Road District so altered
shall be those described in Schedule No. 3 following; that
such special order shall take effect on and after the 1st
January, 1887:-
Schedule No. 1.-Woodhill Road District.
All that area in the Provincial District of Auckland
bounded towards the North-west by the Mairetahi Road
District; towards the East by the Kaipara River and the
Waiputukahu Stream to the south-eastern boundary of the
Ongarahu Block; thence towards the South-east by the
south-eastern boundary of said block to its southernmost
angle; thence by a right line being part of the said south-
eastern boundary produced to the sea: as the same is
delineated on the plan deposited in the Survey Office, Auck-
land.
Schedule No. 2.-Waioneke Road District.
All that area in the Provincial District of Auckland
bounded towards the North-east and South-east by the Kai-
para Harbour and by the Otakanini River and Stream to a
point in line with the western boundary of Section No. 1,
Block IX., Kaipara Survey District; thence by said section
