Christchurch, 25th September, 1886.

IN pursuance of clause 188 of “The Land Act, 1885,” I
hereby give notice that the runs mentioned in the
Schedule hereto will be declared forfeited if the amount of
rent due on the 1st March last, together with the penalty
for non-payment, is not paid to the Receiver of Land
Revenue, Christchurch, within three months of this date.

Native Land Court Notice.

Application for Rehearing of Claim dismissed.

NATIVE LAND COURT, NEW ZEALAND:
DISTRICT OF WHANGANUI.

IN the matter of a judgment of the Court given during a
session opened at Whanganui, in the said district, on
the 22nd day of February, 1886, upon the hearing of a claim
for investigation of title to land situate in the said district,
and known as “Waimarino;” and in the matter of the
application of Neta te Wheoro and others for a rehearing
upon Mangapapapa, being part of such claim:

I, John Edwin Macdonald, Chief Judge of the said Court,
and in exercise of the authority in that behalf vested in me,
do hereby dismiss such application.

Mining Notices.

I, the undersigned, hereby make application to register
the Lone Star Gold-mining Company as a Limited
Company, under the provisions of “The Mining Companies
Act, 1886.”

  1. The name of the company is to be the Lone Star Gold-mining Company (Limited).
  2. The place of intended operations is on the dividing
    range between the Waitahu River and Boatman’s Creek, in
    the County of Inangahua, Colony of New Zealand.
  3. The registered office of the company will be situated at
    Reefton.
  4. The nominal capital of the company is twenty-four
    thousand pounds, in twenty-four thousand shares of one
    pound each.
  5. The number of shares subscribed for is twenty-four
    thousand, being the entire number of shares in the company.
  6. The number of paid-up shares is nil.
  7. The amount considered to be already paid up is twelve
    thousand pounds at ten shillings per share.
  8. The name of the Manager is Patrick Brennan.
