First Column.
TOWN OF GREY TOWN.
All that parcel of land in the Provincial District of Otago, containing
by admeasurement 1 acre 3 roods 16
perches, more or less, situate in the
Town of Grey Town, and being Section
No. 17 of Block IX. of the said town.
Bounded towards the North-west by
Section No. 16 of the same block 317
links, by Douglas Street 283 links,
also by Section No. 15 of the same
block 29 links ; towards the North-
east by Section No. 15 of the same
block 250 links, also by Section No. 8
of the same block 137 links ; towards
the South-east by Sections Nos. 1, 2,
3, 4, 5, 6, and 7 respectively of the
same block, 629 links ; and towards
the South-west by Grey Street 226
links, also by Section No. 16 of the
same block 158·5 links : be all the
aforesaid linkages more or less.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor,
this nineteenth day of October, one thousand
eight hundred and eighty-six.

Notification that Her Majesty has relinquished Negotiations
for the acquisition of the Moehau No. 3F Block.

IN pursuance of the provisions of “ The Government Native
Land Purchases Act, 1877,” and “ The Government
Native Land Purchases Act Amendment Act, 1878,” it is
hereby notified that Her Majesty the Queen has relinquished
negotiations in respect of the block of Native land in the
North Island which is more particularly described and mentioned in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
MOEHAU NO. 3F.
All that parcel of land at Cape Colville, in the District of
Thames, in the Provincial District of Auckland, known by
the name of Moehau No. 3F, containing by admeasurement
438 acres, more or less. Bounded towards the North-east by
the Waikanae Block, 6015 links ; towards the South-east by
the Moehau No. 3G Block, the Te Uwhi Block, and Te Tawa
Stream, 9180 links ; towards the South-west by the Umanga-
wha River, 6400 links ; and towards the North-west by the
Rangiahu Block, 9031 links : be all the aforesaid linkages
more or less.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor,
this eighteenth day of October, one thousand
eight hundred and eighty-six.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the forty-fifth section of “ The Cemeteries Act, 1882,” I, William Francis Drummond Jervois, the
Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint
the local authority specified in the first column of the
Schedule hereto to have the control and management of
the public cemetery specified in the second column of the
said Schedule.

admeasurement 5 acres 2 roods 12
perches, more or less, situate in the Town
of Grey Town, Block XXII. of said
town. Bounded towards the North-west by Crown lands, 535·6 links ;
towards the North-east by Crown lands
and Snowdon Street, 1200 links ;
towards the South-east by Block XIII.,
393 links ; and towards the South-west
by Section No. 22 of River Sections,
Taieri District, 1208 links : be all the
aforesaid linkages more or less.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor,
this nineteenth day of October, one thousand
eight hundred and eighty-six.
