Apportionment of Representation of the Contributory Local Authorities under "The Hospitals and Charitable Institutions Act 1885 Amendment Act, 1886."

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.

IN exercise and pursuance of the powers vested in him by "The Hospitals and Charitable Institutions Act 1885 Amendment Act, 1886," His Excellency Sir William Francis Drummond Jervois, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said colony, doth hereby apportion the representation of the contributory local authorities mentioned in the second column of the Schedule hereto on the Boards of the districts set opposite to such contributory local authorities in the first column of the said Schedule in the proportions set forth in the third column of such Schedule.
