Setting apart Land in the Auckland Land District for Perpetual Leasing under "The Land Act, 1885."

A PROCLAMATION.

BY virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in him by the one hundred and thirty-fifth
section of "The Land Act, 1885," and of every other power
and authority enabling him in that behalf, His Excellency
the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, by and with the
advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said
colony, doth hereby declare that the section of land enume-
rated in the Schedule hereto shall be set apart for lease,
with right of renewal, under the provisions of Part IV. of
"The Land Act, 1885."

SCHEDULE.
SUBURBS OF TINIROTO.

ALL that piece or parcel of land containing by admeasure-
ment 478 acres, more or less, being called or known as Sec-
tion No. 41 of Block XV., Hangaroa Survey District, Pro-
vincial District of Auckland. Bounded towards the North
generally by a road-line 629, 550, 237, 483, 542, 555, 635,
and 303 links, Allotments Nos. 23 and 22 of the Village of
Tiniroto 500 and 600 links, again by a road-line and ter-
mination of said road, and Allotments Nos. 4, 3, and 2 of
aforesaid Village of Tiniroto 817 and 1912 links respectively;
towards the North-east generally by Section No. 42 of Block
XV. aforesaid, 4035 and 1830 links; towards the South-east
by the Mangaotara Stream; towards the South-west by Sec-
tion No. 40 of Block XV. aforesaid, 9698 links, to the point
of commencement: be all the aforesaid linkages more or
less.

Given under the hand of His Excellency Sir William
Francis Drummond Jervois, Lieutenant-General
in Her Majesty's Army, Knight Grand Cross of
the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael
and Saint George, Companion of the Most Honour-
able Order of the Bath, Governor and Commander-
in-Chief in and over Her Majesty's Colony of New
Zealand and its Dependencies, and Vice-Admiral
of the same; and issued under the Seal of the
said Colony, at the Government House, at Wel-
lington, this twentieth day of August, in the
year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and
eighty-six.

section of "The Land Act, 1885," and of every other power
and authority enabling him in that behalf, His Excellency
the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, by and with the
advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said
colony, doth hereby declare that the sections of land enu-
merated in the Schedule hereto shall be set apart for lease,
with right of renewal, under the provisions of Part IV. of
"The Land Act, 1885."
