Maketu, Provincial District of Auckland, being Block
XXXVIII. of the Village of Atuaroa, commencing at the

Seventh Avenue and Arawa Street. Bounded on the North
by Seventh Avenue, 1000 links ; thence on the East by
Kirikiri Street, 400 links ; thence on the South by Eighth
Avenue, 1000 links ; thence on the West by Arawa Street,
400 links, to the starting-point: be all the aforesaid linkages
more or less. For a recreation reserve.

CANTERBURY.
All that piece or parcel of land in the Provincial District
of Canterbury, containing by admeasurement 68 acres 1 rood
8 perches, more or less, being Section No. 2716 (in red), situate
in the Township of Geraldine, Geraldine Survey District.
Bounded towards the North-east by the North Town Belt
2116 links, also by Tripp Street 912 links; towards the
North-west by the West Town Belt, 3267 links; towards the
South-west by High Street, 934 links; and generally towards
the South-east by Bridge Street, Forrest Street, Section No.
139, and a line in continuation of its north-west boundary to
Reserve No. 1624 (in red); thence by the north-east and
north-west boundaries of that reserve: be all the aforesaid
linkages more or less; save and excepting thereout that part
of Totara Street which runs through the above-described sec-
tion; as the same is delineated on the plan deposited in the
District Survey Office, Christchurch. For a recreation-
ground.
OTAGO.
All that piece or parcel of land in the Provincial District
of Otago, containing by admeasurement 4 acres and 21
perches, more or less, situate in the Town of Lawrence, being
Sections Nos. 6, Block LV., and 7 and 8, Block LIV., on the
map of the said town. Bounded towards the North by
Boundary Street, 571·4 links; towards the East by Section
No. 1, Block LIV., 484·1 links, also by Section No. 6, 276·8
links; towards the South-south-west by Crown lands 228·6
links, by a road-line 52·7 links, also by Section No. 5, Block
LV., 150 links; towards the East-south-east by said Section
No. 5, 171·2 links; again towards the South-south-west by
Crown lands, 324·2 links; and towards the North-west by
Crown lands, 678·9 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more
or less; and intersected by Derwent Street and Steep Street.

SOUTHLAND.
All that piece or parcel of land in the Southland Land
District, containing by admeasurement 1 rood, more or less,
being Section No. 8, Block VII., on the map of the Town of
Wallacetown. Bounded towards the North-east by Section
No. 19 of said block, 100 links; towards the South-east by
Section No. 7 of said block, 250 links; towards the South-
west by Aloway Street, 100 links; and towards the North-
west by Section No. 10 of said block, 250 links. For a site
for a mechanics' institute.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor,
this eighteenth day of August, one thousand
eight hundred and eighty-six.

Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint

Schedule hereto to have the control and management of the
public cemetery specified in the second column of the said
Schedule.
