has this day been dissolved by mutual consent. The

existing between us, the undersigned Herman
Wollerman and Robert Reid Hutcheson, carrying on
business as Storekeepers and Wine and Spirit Merchants at
Palmerston North, under the style or firm of “Wollerman
and Hutcheson,” has this day been dissolved by mutual con-
sent. All debts due to or owing by the said late firm will be
received and paid by the said Herman Wollerman, who will
continue in the said business in his own name.
