Sale of Pastoral Licenses, Otago.

BY auction at the Crown Lands Office, Dunedin, on Thursday, the 8th July, 1886, at noon :—

Possession on day of sale, except Runs 240A and 403, possession of which will not be given until the 1st March, 1887.

The licenses of the foregoing runs will be sold subject to the general provisions as to runs in “The Land Act, 1885.” Particulars on application to the Crown Lands Office, Dunedin.

Land under Perpetual Lease, Otago.

TENDERS must be lodged on Tuesday, the 20th July next, to be opened at a meeting of the Land Board on Wednesday, the 21st July.

NOTE.—The land in Sutton District, on road between Outram and Strath-Taieri, is of excellent quality. Section No. 7, Block III., Wendon District (via Riversdale), is burdened with valuation for improvements, £106 4s., payable within seven days after tender is accepted.

N.B.—A large number of sections in other districts are now open for tender. Particulars on application to this office.

LAND under deferred payment (reopened at £1 10s. per acre) will be open for application at the Crown Lands Office, Dunedin, or at any Lands Office in the Otago Land District, on Wednesday, the 21st July, 1886 :—

Section No. 15, Block I., and Section No. 17, Block II., Wendonside District, 320 acres each; Section No. 21, Block IX., Wendon District, 317 acres 3 roods 23 perches.

NOTE.—These sections, which are part of the Education Reserve, are situate near Waikaia, and are now reopened at reduced price.

N.B.—Applications must give applicant’s full name, address, and occupation, and also enclose draft, post-office order, or cheque (marked for seven days, made payable to the Receiver of Revenue, Dunedin) for rental from date of application to the 1st March, 1887, and license-fee (£1 1s.). A number of runs are now open for application. Further particulars on application to the Crown Lands Office, Dunedin.
