All that road, 100 links wide, situate in Block IX., and
being portions of the Aratangata and Waimakira Blocks;
the centre of which commences at the point marked C, and
proceeds generally in a south-easterly direction to the point
marked A: as the same is more particularly shown on the
plan marked S.O. 1932/15, No. 1, and deposited in the office
of the Chief Surveyor, Wellington.
All that road, 100 links wide, situate in Blocks IX. and
XIII., and being portions of the Aratangata, Waimakira, and
Manawatu-Kukutauaki No. 7D, Takapu No. 1, and Takapu
No. 2 Blocks; the centre of which commences at the point
marked A, and proceeds generally in a south-easterly direc-
tion to the point marked B: as the same is more particularly
shown on the plan marked S.O. 1932/15, No. 2, and deposited
in the office of the Chief Surveyor, Wellington.
All that road, 100 links wide, situate in Blocks XIII. and
XIV., and being portions of the Aratangata, Takapu No. 2,
Ohinikakeao No. 2, and Ohinikakeao No. 1 Blocks; the
centre of which commences at the point marked B, and
proceeds generally in a south-easterly direction to the point
marked D: as the same is more particularly shown on the
plan marked S.O. 1932/15, No. 3, and deposited in the office
of the Chief Surveyor, Wellington.

All that road, 100 links wide, situate in Block IV., and
being portions of Muhunoa No. 1, Muhunoa No. 1A, and
Muhunoa No. 3 Blocks; the centre of which commences at
a point marked A, and proceeds generally in a south-easterly
direction to a point marked C: as the same is more particu-
larly shown on the map marked 1932/16, No. 1, and deposited
in the office of the Chief Surveyor, Wellington.

Survey District, and being portion of the Muhunoa No. 1
Block; the centre of which commences at the point
marked D, and proceeds generally in a south-easterly direc-
tion to the point marked E: as the same is more particularly
shown on the plan marked S.O. 1932/16, No. 3, and deposited
in the office of the Chief Surveyor, Wellington.
Also all that other road, 100 links wide, situate in Block
IV., Waitohu, and Block V., Waiopohu, and being portion of
Muhunoa No. 1 Block; the centre of which commences at
the point marked F, and proceeds generally in a north-
easterly direction to the point marked G: as the same is
more particularly shown on the plan marked S.O. 1932/16,
No. 3, and deposited in the office of the Chief Surveyor,
Wellington.

of the same; and issued under the Seal of the
said Colony, at the Government House, at Wel-

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
conferred upon me by "The Special Powers and Con-
tracts Act, 1885," and the one hundred and sixty-sixth
section of "The Land Act, 1885," I, William Francis Drum-
mond Jervois, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand,
do hereby set apart the land described in the Schedule
hereto for sale as a village settlement, upon such terms and
conditions as are to be set forth in an Order in Council to be
made under the one hundred and sixty-seventh section of
the said Act.

IN pursuance of the powers and authorities conferred upon
me by the one hundred and sixty-second section of
"The Land Act, 1885," I, William Francis Drummond
Jervois, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do
hereby proclaim and declare that the sections of land
described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same are
hereby set apart and declared open for a village special
settlement, for perpetual leasing, upon the terms and con-
ditions fixed by an Order in Council issued on the second
day of June, one thousand eight hundred and eighty-six, and
made under the one hundred and sixty-third section of the
said Act.
