A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the one hundred and sixty-second section of “The Land Act, 1885,” I, William Francis Drummond Jervois, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the sections of land described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same are hereby set apart and declared open for a village special settlement for perpetual leasing, upon the terms and conditions fixed by Order in Council issued on the second day of June, one thousand eight hundred and eighty-six, and made under the one hundred and sixty-third section of the said Act.

A PROCLAMATION.
BY virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities vested in him by the one hundred and thirty-fifth section of “The Land Act, 1885,” and of every other power and authority enabling him in that behalf, His Excellency the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said colony, doth hereby declare that the sections of land enumerated in the Schedule hereto shall be set apart for lease, with right of renewal, under the provisions of Part IV. of “The Land Act, 1885.”
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Westland Land District, containing 8 acres, more or less, being Section No. 714, Block I., on the map of the Kanieri Survey District. Bounded towards the North by Section No. 685 and gravel reserve; towards the East by a road; and towards the South and West by lines bearing 59° 6' and 149° 6' respectively.
All that area in the Westland Land District, containing 3 acres 3 roods, more or less, situate in Block IV., Mahinapua Survey District, and being Section No. 713. Bounded towards the North-east by Section No. 2114; towards the
