SITE FOR CATHEDRAL, PARNELL, LEASING BILL.
NOTICE is hereby given that application will be made
at the present session of the General Assembly, by
petition, for leave to introduce a Bill to enable the General
Trust Board of the Diocese of Auckland of the Church of the
Province of New Zealand, commonly called the Church of
England, to lease the Cathedral site at Parnell, in the Pro-
vincial District of Auckland, in one or more parcels, for a
term or terms not exceeding sixty years, in pursuance of a
resolution of the General Synod of the said Church, passed
at the session thereof held in Auckland in 1886.
Printed copies of the Bill will be immediately deposited
at the Private Bill Office.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership heretofore
existing between us, the undersigned GEORGE THOMAS
BOOTH, WILLIAM ROSS, and RANALD MACDONALD, carrying
on business as Implement Manufacturers, Ironfounders, &c.,
at Christchurch, in the Provincial District of Canterbury,
and Invercargill, in the Provincial District of Southland,
New Zealand, under the style or firm of "Booth, Macdonald,
and Co.," has been dissolved by mutual consent as from the
30th day of April last. The business will be carried on by
the said George Thomas Booth and Ranald Macdonald,
under the same style or firm-name of "Booth, Macdonald,
and Co."

subsisting between the undersigned ADAM LAYBOURN
and ARTHUR THOMAS EYRE, trading at Auckland as Mer-
chants, under the style or firm of "Adam Laybourn and Co.,"
has this day been dissolved by mutual consent. All accounts
due to the late firm will be received, and all liabilities will
be paid, by Mr. Adam Laybourn, who will continue to carry
on the business under the same style as before.

Zealand Smelting Company (Limited).
NOTICE is hereby given that, at an extraordinary general
meeting of the New Zealand Smelting Company
(Limited), held at the company's office, Insurance Buildings,
on Wednesday, the 26th day of May, 1886, at 11 o'clock in
the forenoon, the subjoined resolution (which was passed at
the extraordinary meeting of the company held on the 7th
day of May, 1886) was unanimously confirmed:—
"That the company be wound up voluntarily under the
provisions of 'The Companies Act, 1882;' and that Edward
Francis Menzies be appointed Liquidator for the purposes of
such winding-up."
