NOTICE is hereby given that the several parcels of land hereinafter described will be brought under the provisions of “The Land Transfer Act, 1885,” unless caveat be lodged forbidding the same within three calendar months after the date of the Gazette containing this notice.

THE OREPUKI COAL AND SHALE COMPANY (LIMITED).
INCREASE OF CAPITAL.
I, the undersigned Manager, hereby give notice that an increase in the capital of the above-named company was, on the 20th day of May, 1886, resolved on.
The mode adopted for the increase is by issuing not more than 50,000 new shares of £1 each, the present shareholders to receive 10,000 fully paid-up £1 shares, and out of the deposit and calls of the new 50,000 shares, or less, to receive the sum of £5,000 as full payment to the old shareholders for all the property, assets, and privileges of the company, out of which the old shareholders shall pay and discharge all
