Land Transfer Act Notices.

IN the matter of a lease, JOHN WATERS and JESSIE TUTCHEN to CHARLES AMBROSE, of Lot 5 on Plan No. 81, part of Section 330, of the City of Wellington, registered number 212 in the District Land Registry, Wellington.—Notice of re-entry and determination of above lease, on the ground of non-payment of rent, will be entered on the register, on the application of the above-named Lessor, unless caveat be lodged with the District Land Registrar on or before the 21st day of June, 1886.

THE REVEREND AUGUSTINE SAUZEAN, PHILLIPPE ANNE MARTIN, and JEAN BAPTISTE ROLLAND having applied, in terms of section 75 of “The Land Transfer Act, 1885,” for issue to them of a provisional certificate of title for part of Section No. 28, Hutt District, in lieu of original certificate, Vol. ix., folio 126, alleged to be lost, I hereby give notice that a provisional certificate will be issued accordingly unless cause be shown to the contrary on or before the 28th day of May, 1886.
