Setting apart Land in the Auckland Land District for Leasing, as Small Areas, with Perpetual Right of Renewal, under “The Land Act, 1885.”

A PROCLAMATION.
BY virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the one hundred and sixty-first section of “The Land Act, 1885,” and of every other power and authority enabling me in that behalf, I, William Francis Drummond Jervois, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby declare that the blocks of land described in the Schedule hereto shall be set apart for lease as small areas, with perpetual right of renewal.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that piece or parcel of land containing by admeasurement 2,150 acres, more or less, situate in the Survey District of Opuawhanga, in the County of Whangarei, in the Provincial District of Auckland, being a portion of Block VI. of the said survey district, commencing at the south-eastern angle of Te Rua Tahi Block, on the sea-coast. Bounded towards the North-east by the ocean; generally towards the South by the Wananaki Inlet; towards the North-west by Section No. 3 of Block VI. of the Opuawhanga Survey District aforesaid, 2934 links; towards the South-west by Sections Nos. 3, 2, and 1 of Block VI. aforesaid, 10654 links; towards the South-east by said Section No. 1, 2260 links; towards the West by Block V. of Opuawhanga Survey District aforesaid, 4260 links; towards the North-west and North by the Te Rua Tahi Block aforesaid, 800 links, 990 links, 2245 links, 536 links, 2520 links, 1620 links, and 954 links, to the point of commencement: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; save and excepting all that piece of land within the above-described boundaries being contained between high-water mark on the sea-coast and the Wanana ki Inlet and a line at a parallel distance of not less than 3 chains nor more than 4 chains therefrom.
All that piece or parcel of land containing by admeasurement 2,000 acres, more or less, situate in the Survey District of Whangarei, in the County of Whangarei, in the Provincial District of Auckland, being portions of Blocks VII. and VIII. of the said survey district. Bounded towards the North by Native land, 4400 links, 4496 links; towards the West by the same, 150 links; towards the North-west by the Horahora River, 3400 links; towards the North-east, East, and again towards the North-east by Native land and the Horahora River, 6750 links and 2363 links; again towards the East by the Horahora No. 2 Block, 7750 links; towards the South by Crown land, 15400 links; and towards the West by the same, 12300 links: be the aforesaid measurements more or less.
All that piece or parcel of land containing by admeasurement 1,000 acres, more or less, situate in the Survey Districts of Motatau and Hukerenui, in the Bay of Islands County, in the Provincial District of Auckland, being portions of Blocks VIII. of the said Motatau Survey District and V. of the said Hukerenui Survey District. Bounded towards the North by Block IV. of the said Motatau Survey District, 3915 links, and by Block I. of the said Hukerenui Survey District, 14500 links; towards the South-east and North-east, by Native land, 2000 links and 257 links; again towards the South-east by Section No. 5 of said Block V. of the said Hukerenui Survey District, 5057 links; generally towards the South by a road, 16700 links; towards the East by Section No. 1 of said Block V. of said Hukerenui Survey District, 4080 links; again generally towards the South by a road, 11600 links; and towards the West by other portion of said Block VIII. of said Motatau Survey District, 4833 links, to the point of commencement: be the aforesaid linkages more or less.
All that piece or parcel of land containing 1,890 acres, more or less, situate in the Survey Districts of Pakiri and Rodney, in the County of Rodney, in the Provincial District of Auckland, being portions of Blocks XV. of the said Pakiri Survey District and III. of the said Rodney Survey District. Bounded towards the North-east and South-east by the Parish of Omaha, 17200 links and 8000 links; generally towards the South by the Whangateau Harbour, 30000 links; and towards the South-west and North-west by the said Parish of Omaha, 2800 links and 13800 links, to the point of commencement: be the aforesaid linkages more or less.
All that piece or parcel of land containing by admeasurement 1,000 acres, more or less, situate in the Survey District of Newcastle, in the County of Raglan, in the Provincial District of Auckland, being a portion of Block V. of the said Survey District of Newcastle. Bounded towards the North and East by other portion of said Block V., 10000 links and 12358 links; towards the South by Block IX. of aforesaid survey district, 10000 links; towards the West by Block VIII. of the Whaingaroa Survey District, 1072 links; towards the North by Section No. 86 of the Parish of Waipa, a road, and again by said Section No. 86 of said parish, 3074 links and 3357 links; again towards the West and again towards the South by said Section No. 86, 3980 links and 6000 links; and again towards the West by said Block VIII. of said Whai-
