In the matter of "The Companies Act, 1882," and of the
KAIKOURA DAIRY AND PRODUCE FACTORY COMPANY
(LIMITED).
I HEREBY summon a general meeting of the shareholders
of the above-named company, to be held at the offices
of Mr. Constantine Halliday, Solicitor, Kaikoura, on Friday,
the 4th day of June, 1886, at the hour of three o'clock in the
afternoon, for the purpose of submitting my report, together
with an account showing the manner in which the winding-up
of the company has been conducted.

In the matter of "The Companies Act, 1882," and in the
matter of the TAURANGA CHEESE, BUTTER, AND BACON
MANUFACTURING COMPANY (LIMITED).
NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary meeting
of the above-named company, held at the office of
the above-named company on the 21st December, 1885, it
was resolved, That the above-named company be now
voluntarily placed in liquidation in accordance with "The
Companies Act, 1882," section 180, clause (3); and that
ROBERT HORNE be, and he was thereby, appointed Liquidator of the above-named company.
Dated this 22nd day of December, 1885.

SUBSCRIPTIONS.-The subscription is at the rate of Β£2
per annum, PAYABLE IN ADVANCE. A less period than
three months cannot be subscribed for.
Single copies of the Gazette, 6d. each.
Advertisements are charged at the uniform rate of 6d. per
line for each insertion.
All advertisements should be written on one side of the
paper, and signatures, &c., should be written in a legible
hand.
The number of insertions required must be written across
the face of the advertisement.
Booksellers and Advertising Agents will be allowed a commission at the rate of 5 per cent.
The New Zealand Gazette is published on Thursday evening in each week, and notices for insertion must be received
by the Government Printer before two o'clock of the day
preceding publication.
NO ADVERTISEMENT WILL BE INSERTED WITHOUT PREPAYMENT BEING MADE.
