GISBORNE HARBOUR BOARD.

NOTICE is hereby given that it is the intention of the
Harbour Board to execute a public work by making a
block-yard, and for that purpose to take from Block 845A,
Kaiti No. 1, situated in Block No. VII., Turanganui Survey
District, the land described in the accompanying Schedule.
The works to be executed on this land are a work-yard and
block-making ground, with tramways, workshop, and cement-
sheds for making concrete blocks for the breakwater.

Plans of the land proposed to be taken may be seen at the
office of the Board, Lowe Street, Gisborne.

Any person having any objection to the proposed works is
required to state his objection in writing, and send it to the
office of the Board on or before Thursday, the 15th day of
April, 1886.

Deaths, and Marriages at Auckland, hereby give notice that
I shall apply to him to be registered under "The Medical
Practitioners Act, 1869," on the 16th day of April, 1886.
