THE EXTENDED GOLDEN RIDGE GOLD-MINING COMPANY (LIMITED).

NOTICE is hereby given that at a meeting of the Directors of the Extended Golden Ridge Gold-mining Company (Limited), held on Monday, the 1st March, 1886, the registered office of the company was removed from Grey Street to the office of Messrs. McTavish, Tatum, and Co., No. 13, Lambton Quay, Wellington.

I, the undersigned, hereby make application to register the Fairdown Gold-mining Company (Limited) as a Limited Company, under the provisions of “The Mining Companies Act, 1872,” and the amendments thereof.

  1. The name of the company is to be the Fairdown Gold-mining Company (Limited).

  2. The place of intended operations is at Fairdown, Westport.

  3. The registered office of the company will be situated in Palmerston Street, Westport.

  4. The nominal capital of the company is two thousand five hundred pounds, in five thousand shares of ten shillings each.

  5. The number of shares subscribed for is five thousand, being not less than two-thirds of the entire number of shares in the company.

  6. The number of paid-up shares is nil.
