DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership heretofore existing between the undersigned, as Tailors, at Petone, under the style of "Huxley and O'Hara," has this day been dissolved by mutual consent. The business will in future be carried on by JAMES HUXLEY alone, to whom all debts owing to the firm must be paid, and by whom all liabilities of the late partnership will be discharged.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership hitherto existing between us, the undersigned JOHN HONEYCOMB COCK and JOSEPH HENRY COCK, both of the City of Nelson, in the Colony of New Zealand, trading as "John H. Cock and Co.," as Merchants, Commission Agents, and as partners in the Anchor Steam Shipping Company, is hereby dissolved by mutual consent as from the thirty-first day of January, 1886.
The business in future will be carried on by Joseph Henry Cock on his own behalf, under the style of "J. H. Cock and Co."

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership lately subsisting between us, the undersigned ROBERT WILKIN and JOHN HAWDON DAVISON, carrying on business as Farmers and Stockowners at St. Leonards, Amuri District, Nelson, under the style or firm of "Wilkin and Davison," has been dissolved by mutual consent as from the 27th day of January, 1886.
All debts due or owing to the said late firm will be received and paid by the said Robert Wilkin, who will continue the said business himself.

NOTICE is hereby given that, at a meeting of the Solicitors of the Supreme Court residing and practising within the Hawke's Bay Judicial District, duly convened and held at the Courthouse, Napier, on Thursday, the 18th day of February, 1886, in pursuance of the provisions of "The District Law Societies' Act, 1878," the following resolution was duly passed:—
"That the Solicitors of the Supreme Court residing within the limits of the Hawke's Bay Judicial District shall be associated as a society, by the name of 'The Law Society of the District of Hawke's Bay.'"

Single copies of the Gazette, 6d. each.
Advertisements are charged at the uniform rate of 6d. per line for each insertion.
All advertisements should be written on one side of the paper, and signatures, &c., should be written in a legible hand.
The number of insertions required must be written across the face of the advertisement.
Booksellers and Advertising Agents will be allowed a commission at the rate of 5 per cent.
The New Zealand Gazette is published on Thursday evening in each week, and notices for insertion must be received by the Government Printer before two o'clock of the day preceding publication.
Communications should be addressed to the Government Printer, Wellington, to whom post office money orders should be made payable.
Postage or duty stamps cannot in any case be received in payment from any place at which post office orders are issued.
