Trustees appointed for the Maintenance of the Urenui Public Cemetery.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the sixth section of "The Cemeteries Act, 1882," I, William Francis Drummond Jervois, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint the several persons whose names are specified in the first column of the Schedule hereto to be Trustees to provide for the maintenance and care of the public cemetery specified in the second column of the said Schedule.

Hugh Irvine. Alexander Telfar. Joseph Pigott. URENUi. All that parcel of land in the Provincial District of Taranaki, containing by admeasurement 3 acres 2 roods, more or less, being part of Town Belt No. 3 on the map of the Urenui Township, Waitara Survey District. Bounded towards the North by Nikorima Street and part of No. 2 Town Belt, 690 links; towards the East by Te Haoko Stream; towards the South by other part of No. 3, 440 links; and towards the West by the Urenui Township and a road, 605 links.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this thirty-first day of January, one thousand eight hundred and eighty-five.
