Declaring Addition to the Ashburton Domain.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by “The Special Powers and Contracts Act, 1884,” I, William Francis Drummond Jervois, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby declare that the following piece of land shall be added to the Ashburton Domain; and that the same shall be administered and dealt with under the Order in Council issued on the twenty-seventh day of August, one thousand eight hundred and eighty-three, issued in pursuance of “The Public Domains Act, 1881.”
SCHEDULE.
ALL that parcel of land in the Town of Ashburton, containing by admeasurement 22 acres and 32 perches, more or less. Bounded towards the North-east generally by reserve for public gardens and recreation, No. 308; towards the South-east by West Street; towards the South-west by Wills Street; towards the North-west by Section No. 598; again towards the South-west by Sections Nos. 598 and 599; again towards the North-west by Section No. 601; again towards the South-west by said Section No. 601, Park Street, and Sections Nos. 1093, 1094, 1095, and 1096; again towards the South-east by said Section No. 1096; again towards the South-west by Sections Nos. 1088, 1087, 1086, and 1253; thence towards the West by a right line to the eastern angle of Section No. 1085, and by that section and a right line to a point on the north side of Peters Street 100 links distant in an easterly direction from the southern angle of Section No. 1025; again towards the South-west by Peters Street; again towards the North-west by Grigg Street to the western angle of Section No. 979; thence again towards the South-west by a right line across Grigg Street to the southern angle of the Hospital Reserve No. 2410; and again towards the North-west and South-west by the Hospital Reserve, hereinbefore described, to the edge of the gully, the point of commencement: as the same is delineated on the plans in the Survey Office, Christchurch.

Alteration in the Boundaries of the Hospital Site at Ashburton.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by “The Special Powers and Contracts Act, 1884,” I, William Francis Drummond Jervois, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby declare that the following shall be the boundaries of the hospital site at Ashburton: All that parcel of land in the Town of Ashburton, containing by admeasurement twelve acres, being part of reserve for public gardens and recreation, number three hundred and eight, part of Reserve number one thousand seven hundred and ten, and Hospital Reserve number two thousand four hundred and ten. Bounded towards the North-west by the Town Belt West, seven hundred and fifty links; towards the North-east by a line at right angles to the Town Belt, one thousand six hundred links; towards the South-east by a line at right angles to Cox Street, seven hundred and fifty links; and towards the South-west by Cox Street, one thousand six hundred links: as the same is delineated on the plans in the Survey Office, Christchurch.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this twenty-first day of January, one thousand eight hundred and eighty-five.

IN pursuance of the powers vested in me by “The Thermal-Springs Districts Act, 1881,” I, William Francis Drummond Jervois, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby authorize
HENRY DUNBAR JOHNSON, Esquire,
to be the person to receive the license-fees for springs or baths and all other revenue arising in the district described in the Proclamation dated the twelfth day of October, one thousand eight hundred and eighty-one, and in the Township of Rotorua, as respectively proclaimed and established under the said Act, vice T. H. Lewis, Esquire, resigned.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this nineteenth day of January, one thousand eight hundred and eighty-five.

ALFRED GINDERS, Esq., M.D.
to be Members of the Board, constituted the twenty-eighth day of March, one thousand eight hundred and eighty-three, to administer the affairs of the Township of Rotorua, established under the said Act, vice H. W. Brabant, Esq., R.M., and T. H. Lewis, Esq., resigned.
