GRAHAM for all that piece or parcel of land situated in the
Tapapa Survey District, in the Provincial District of Auckland,

more or less, and being the whole of the land comprised in
certificate of title, Vol. xxxviii., folio 38, of the Register-book,
having been filed in this office, and application having been
made for the issue of a provisional certificate for the same, it
is my intention to issue such certificate unless caveat be
lodged forbidding the same on or before the 28th day of
December next.

I, the undersigned, hereby make application to register
the Larnach Gold-Mining Company as a Limited Com-
pany, under the provisions of "The Mining Companies Act,
1872," and amendment Acts thereof.

The name of the company is to be the Larnach Gold-
Mining Company (Limited). -
The place of operations is at the Thames, in the Pro-
vincial District of Auckland, in the Colony of New Zealand. -
The registered office of the company will be situated at
the New Zealand Insurance Company's Buildings, Auckland,
in the Provincial District of Auckland and Colony of New
Zealand. -
The nominal capital of the company is ten thousand
pounds sterling, in twenty thousand shares of ten shillings
sterling each. -
The number of shares subscribed for is fourteen thou-
sand, being more than two-thirds of the entire number of
shares in the company. -
