Land Transfer Act Notices.

NOTICE is hereby given that the parcel of land herein-after described will be brought under the provisions of "The Land Transfer Act, 1870," unless caveat be lodged forbidding the same on or before the 10th January, 1886.

APPLICATION having been made by the registered Proprietor of Allotment 2, Block XX., Extension of the Township of Forbury, Register-book, Vol. xix., folio 4, to register a discharge of mortgage, No. 9550, dated the 26th November, 1883, in favour of the TRUSTEES OF THE OTAGO RAILWAY EMPLOYÉS BENEFIT SOCIETY, and a declaration having been lodged with me of the loss of the outstanding duplicate of said mortgage, I hereby give notice that I intend to dispense with the production of the said duplicate mortgage, and give effect to the said discharge, unless caveat be lodged here forbidding the same within fourteen days from the date of the publication hereof.
