WHEREAS a dealing is presented for registration affecting 400 acres of unagricultural land (auction lots 1494 and 1495), situated on the run of HUGH ALEXANDER DUFF, in the Wakarara District, and the receipt of the Receiver of Land Revenue for the purchase-money thereof, dated the 8th June, 1876, in favour of the said Hugh Alexander Duff, registered in the Provisional Register-book, Vol. iii., folio 225, has been lost: Now I do hereby give notice of my intention to register such dealing, and to dispense with the production of the said receipt, at the expiration of fourteen days after the date of the Gazette containing this notice, unless in the meantime caveat be lodged.
